I found them on Nextag, as they were advertising the Canon Rebel XSI I’m after for a good price. I did my homework, read reviews like this one, but they had enough positive reviews to outweigh the bad ones.
Still working out the kinks, but I’m going to auto-propagate the NFL/Packers news for the foreseeable future. I’m just not interested enough in the league to write about it. If I get inspired, I’ll write something, but that probably won’t happen. I’m going to transition this into a more focused blog and probably kill the sports topics after [...]

First off, I realize I'm late here. But, I had to make some mention of the last South Park episode. I don't watch the Jersey Shore. During the first season, I felt compelled to see what it was all about, recorded an episode, got about 10 minutes in before giving up. It was painful, the cast members should all be euthanized and very little actually happened. However, I feel like I know everything about the show thanks to Bill Simmons' obsession and the general media adoration of this group of Jersey freaks.

Despite living in central Texas, I'm still planning to remain a Packer fan. I'll probably eventually get into the Longhorns, but I really don't care for college sports. And I'm not about to pick up the Cowboys or Texans as they both play 3 hours away (the same time it would take me to get to Green Bay, via plane) and I have no connection to them. I grew up watching the Packers and if anything, remain a fan out of habit. I don't know how NOT to be a fan. However, even though it's only week 2 of the first full season away from the Wisconsin area, I'm finding it difficult to keep up.

No, not talkin bout Dokken... I'm talking about restaurant chains. The big ones. Have a discussion with 5 random people about their favorite restaurants and probably 3 of them will mention some watered down national chain. Oh sure, it makes sense... They're (generally) cheap, they're safe, they allow white middle-class families to eat out without leaving the safety of the suburbs
