Packers finally cut losses on Ferguson project

JS Online: SportsWatch

In a move that’s been predicted for at least the last two seasons, the Green Bay Packers are finally releasing useless wide receiver Robert Ferguson.  Ferguson has always had the reputation of being extremely hard working, talented, and athletic.  On the field, he’s been sloppy, always hurt and known to give up on routes.  Ferguson never had the talent to make it as even a third or fourth receiver and hasn’t shown enough potential on special teams to justify keeping him around.

It’s about freakin’ time!
